This role is ideal for an individual that is seeking a new progressive career that has uncapped growth. As a paralegal case manager, your responsibilities are to assist injured victims in efficiently managing their workers' compensation claim file. You will navigate and assist your clients in coordinating them with medical providers, filing their claims, obtain medical records and assist the attorney with daily tasks. Assist attorneys with all phases of workers' compensation cases, including case intake, claim filings, and documentation preparation Communicate with your clients and insurance adjusters regarding claim status, lost wage payments and request medical reports from medical facilities. Review and analyze medical records, employment documents, and other evidence relevant to workers' compensation claims Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters Training is provided, experience specifically in workers' compensation law is a plus Spanish Speakers are highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Experience with legal administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining confidentiality Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us if you're passionate about making a difference in workers' lives through dedicated legal support!
