As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will support the preparation and implementation of tailored estate planning documents and strategies. This role offers the opportunity to help clients protect their assets, address tax considerations, and create clear plans that safeguard their families and legacies. Responsibilities Collaborate with attorneys to draft and review wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Assist in managing estate and gift tax returns. Support in the creation of family limited partnerships and other estate planning tools. Qualifications Previous paralegal experience, ideally in estate planning or tax law. Strong understanding of estate and tax regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
