Our client is looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented person to join our progressive, innovative, and growing elder law department of nine attorneys and a great team of paralegals. Primary responsibility will be the preparation of Surrogate's Court petitions and related documents for the Probate or Administration of an Estate . Heavy client contact will be required to assist the attorneys in the department represent our clients in Estate Administration, Estate Planning and Elder Law matters. Additional responsibilities may include the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies , other Surrogate's Court petitions, and guardianship applications. Job Duties Excellent client service Must have strong written and verbal communications skills Superior computer skills including Microsoft office and hotdocs. Knowledge of Time Matters a plus Must be detail-oriented and organized with good analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment This is an opportunity to grow with and become part of a rapidly expanding law firm in a burgeoning field of practice.
