Job Description

Feldman,Kramer & Monaco is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration, with a very strong emphasis on drafting sophisticated and complex trust documents.
Responsibilities:
Draft revocable, irreveocable, and other complex trust agreements. Prepare wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related estate planning documents. Assist attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies . Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations. Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files. Demonstrate empathetic communication. Assist with trust and estate administration as needed.
Quaifications:
Minimum 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience. Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents. Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration. Exceptional attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
