The firm's practices include corporate and business law, banking and finance, real estate, litigation, trusts and estates, tax, healthcare, and other specialized areas. The firm offers a collaborative, sophisticated, and client-focused environment with a strong emphasis on relationships and high-quality legal representation. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 5-7 years of experience to support a diverse range of legal practices, including real estate, trusts and estates, corporate law, litigation, and more. Responsibilities

+ Assist attorneys with organizing files, monitoring calendars, and meeting deadlines

+ Manage and organize legal documents using iManage, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

+ Create, format, revise, scan, and email legal documents

+ Answer telephone calls, maintain client contact, and schedule meetings

+ Support litigation matters through document review, accurate e-filing of court documents, and maintenance of case files

+ Assist with accounts payable and billing to provide backup coverage Requirements Requirements + 5-7 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably with exposure to real estate, trusts and estates, corporate law, and litigation

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

+ Experience with document management software; iManage is highly desirable

+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

+ Knowledge of legal procedures and filing requirements across different jurisdictions

+ Ability to support multiple attorneys while managing competing priorities and deadlines

+ Current Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one upon hire

+ Experience with Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities preferred
