Paralegal / Case Manager Paradise Personal Injury PC is a new and rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm focused on providing exceptional representation and personal attention to our clients. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Paralegal / Case Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a firm from the ground up . Because we are a young and expanding practice, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, develop their skills, work directly with attorneys and clients, and play an important role in the continued growth of the firm. There is substantial upward mobility for the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, is highly organized, communicates well, and genuinely cares about helping injured clients. Experience in plaintiff's personal injury law is preferred, but we are also willing to consider candidates with strong litigation or legal support experience who are eager to learn. Responsibilities Manage and assist with plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement and resolution . Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files, ensuring that all relevant records, correspondence, medical documentation, bills, and other case materials are properly maintained. Communicate regularly with clients regarding the status of their cases, appointments, medical treatment, documentation, and other case-related matters. Communicate with medical providers, insurance carriers, defense attorneys, lienholders, and other third parties on behalf of the firm. Obtain, review, organize, and summarize medical records and medical bills . Assist attorneys in preparing demand packages, settlement documentation, pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents . Track statutes of limitations, litigation deadlines, discovery deadlines, medical treatment, appointments, and other important case dates. Assist with discovery, including preparing and organizing responses to demands and reviewing documents received from opposing counsel. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and time-sensitive tasks. Assist with general office operations and other responsibilities as the firm continues to grow. What We're Looking For Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, case manager, or similar legal support position . Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with plaintiff personal injury cases . Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, the personal injury litigation process. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating directly with clients and third parties by telephone, email, and text. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify what needs to be done without constant direction. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Professionalism, reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the firm. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. Familiarity with SmartAdvocate a plus, but not required. The anticipated start date is December 1, 2026, coinciding with our move into a brand-new office as the firm continues to grow.
