The role involves auditing closing packages, ensuring compliance with lender requirements, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of post-closing experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities Document recording:

submit and track post-closing banking documents, deeds, and mortgages File auditing: review executed closing packages to verify compliance Quality control: resolve file discrepancies File organization: prepare, organize, and ship final post-closing packages to lenders Document management: maintain organized digital and physical client files in accordance with firm protocols Experience At least two years experience in a banking department Exceptional attention to detail Highly organized with document management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Knowledge of REMMIS is a plus Work Environment This role is full-time onsite at our New Hyde Park office, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Light physical tasks, such as handling small packages, may be required.
