Job Description

Small, busy plaintiff personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for someone who knows New York personal injury litigation from start to finish and can confidently manage cases from inception through trial. What you'll do: Manage plaintiff personal injury files from inception through trial Prepare demand letters, discovery, motions, and litigation documents Coordinate depositions, medical records, liens, and trial preparation Communicate directly with clients, insurance companies, defense attorneys, and medical providers Work closely with the attorneys while taking ownership of your files What we're looking for: 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred Strong knowledge of NY litigation and discovery Excellent organization and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced caseload Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a case through to the finish Why join us?
