We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented professionals to join our Elite Client Onboarding Team with our Social Security Intake Team. This specialized team consists of highly trained onboarding professionals who receive advanced Social Security Disability training and play a critical role in evaluating new cases, assisting prospective clients, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from the very first interaction with our firm. Position Responsibilities Screen prospective SSDI, SSI, DAC, and DWB clients for potential eligibility Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather relevant case information Guide clients through the representation and onboarding process Assist clients with completing and signing representation documents Prepare and file Social Security applications, reconsideration requests, and hearing requests Complete In Forma Pauperis (IFP) documentation for newly retained U.S. District Court clients Resolve onboarding issues and ensure a positive client experience Qualifications Prior experience in Social Security Disability intake, case management, legal support, healthcare administration, insurance, claims processing, or a related field preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to speak with empathy, professionalism, and confidence Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and case management systems Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service Join Our Team If you are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building specialized knowledge in Social Security Disability law, we encourage you to apply.
