Essential Duties:
Work in a team environment under attorney supervision to prepare legal documents Ensure all client and internal systems are updated to include actions taken and all correspondence Follow various client requirements and adapt when updates to processes occur Handle confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner Work flexibly and manage changing priorities Work full-time, on-site during regular business hours Other Background check and drug test required after an offer is accepted

Education/Experience:
An equivalent combination of the following: Associate Degree required, bachelor's degree or paralegal studies preferred. Applicable experience in the legal field of at least one year preferred and experience may be substituted for education level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
Physical Functions:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time, operate a computer, and regularly listen to/learn new training material. Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel.
Work Environment:
Works generally at a desk in a well-lit, air-conditioned cubicle/office with moderate noise levels.
