Job Description

An established firm based in Uniondale, NY with over 50 years in practice is seeking an Estate Administration Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This professional will have experience with estate administration, trust administration, probate petitions, administration petitions, accounting petitions, estate and gift tax returns, informal accountings, and receipts and release agreements, while supporting clients through all stages of estate and trust administration.

Qualifications:
3+ years of estate administration paralegal experienceExperience administering estates and trusts from inception through completionProficiency preparing and filing probate, administration, and accounting petitionsExperience preparing and filing estate and gift tax returnsAbility to prepare informal accountings, receipts, and release agreementsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while managing deadlines and competing prioritiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills
