Job Description

Nassau County litigation firm seeks Paralegal for a busy practice. Prior legal experience in Family Law/Divorce matters necessary. Must know how to prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, and have knowledge of court procedures and law office procedures. Must have excellent typing skills and extensive knowledge of MS Word and Practice Panther. Must have extensive experience with E-filing and the NYSCEF system. Candidate must also have excellent communication skills. Salary is commensurate with experience. Must submit salary requirements otherwise application will not be considered.
