In this role, you will provide support to our attorneys in the various areas of law: litigation, estate planning, and personal injury. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented. Responsibilities Prepare case-specific documents, including research memorandum and motions Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review Conduct legal research and investigation Provide general administrative support Communicate with clients and witnesses Maintain and update documentation Assist with discovery requests and reviewing discovery Assist attorneys in estate planning document drafting Assist attorneys with medical record review and demand drafting for personal injury matters Qualifications Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role is preferred Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal is preferred Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with document management experience Excellent research skills Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
