Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000

Base Plus Bonus Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure comprehensive preparation for hearings and trials. Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, with precision and clarity. Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and manage case files efficiently. Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and witness lists, contributing to a seamless trial process. Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and accurate. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support case progressions.

Experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury and employment law, to effectively support our legal team. Ability to manage case details from intake through trial, ensuring seamless communication and organization. Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
