Ideal Candidate:

You have commercial real estate deal experience. You want to continue to be a paralegal, but don't want to bill time. You do great work, but want work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

Work with private equity investment team and its portfolio companies. Assist with real estate and communication infrastructure (towers) closings for multiple companies. Interact with portfolio companies on best practices.

REQUIRED

Qualifications:

At least two years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Outstanding academic credentials. Impeccable reputation for integrity. Excellent communication and social skills. Willing to work in our Chagrin Falls, Ohio office (i.e., this is not a remote position although we can discuss some flexible arrangements). Additional Qualifications (pluses, but not required): Communication infrastructure (towers) experience. Private equity experience.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
