Join us as a Inside Sales Representative Your main responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative will support Portfolio Growth Center objectives by driving customer outreach, lead qualification, pipeline development, and sales support activity across conversion, recovery, retention, and national campaign initiatives. This role serves a part of a centralized sales team, helping identify qualified opportunities, improve customer follow-up, support SHAPE Sales discipline, and convert targeted outreach into measurable portfolio growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and customer-focused sales professional who can manage a high volume of phone, email, and digital outreach while maintaining accurate CRM records and clear communication with internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong follow-through, comfort working from defined target lists, the ability to qualify customer needs, and the discipline to move opportunities through established sales processes. Essential Function 1. Conduct outbound customer outreach through phone, email, and digital channels to support conversion, recovery, retention, resign, and targeted campaign activity. 2. Create, update, and maintain accurate opportunities, customer records, follow-up actions, and activity notes in SHAPE Sales or other designated CRM systems. 3. Partner with local sales teams, branch personnel, and Portfolio Growth Center leadership to convert qualified activity into proposals, customer meetings, and booked opportunities. 4. Provide first-line support to field users on EI sales processes, opportunity entry expectations, and basic SHAPE Sales usage questions. 5. Track activity, pipeline contribution, proposal movement, and campaign results to support management reporting and performance measurement. 6. Maintain a professional customer experience through timely follow-up, accurate information, and clear handoff to the appropriate sales or operations resource. What you bring Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience 1-2 years prior sales, customer service, account support, or business development experience. 1-2 years experience following up on leads and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. 1-2 years experience using CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, Microsoft Office, or similar business systems 1-2 years experience in a structured sales environment adapting communication to customer needs and field priorities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and directly. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to keep pipeline and customer records current. Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities. Ability to effectively communicate with sales, operations, and leadership stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with or ability to learn SAP CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Results-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
