In this role, you will provide critical support to our attorneys specializing in Family Law and Estate Planning. You will handle everything from administrative tasks and file organization to direct client communication and court filings. Because we work closely with individuals navigating sensitive life transitions—whether planning for the future or going through family restructuring—the ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion, and a proactive approach to workflow management. Responsibilities Administrative Support Document Management Client & Court Communication File Organization Discovery Mediation, Deposition, and Trial Preparation Qualifications Proven paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative experience in family law, estate planning, or other transferrable areas of law. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities are essential. Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing systems management, transcription services, and maintaining detailed records accurately. Strong interpersonal skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
