Company Overview Asula Wellness Center is a leader in the health and wellness industry with an established reputation for excellence in Chiropractic, Naturopathy, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. With two clinic locations in Portland Pearl District and Lake Oswego, OR, our mission is to work together as a team to help our patients reach all of their wellness goals. We have shifts available in both clinics for this round of hiring. Position Overview Asula is looking for a highly motivated and treatment-oriented licensed massage therapist to work with an engaged team of Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths and other Massage Therapists in our Lake Oswego location. Our licensed massage therapists must be dually-licensed as a Chiropractic Assistant. If you do not currently have a Chiropractic Assistant License already, we will pay for your licensing process and train you in house. At Asula our massage therapists work in two different roles: As a Chiropractic Assistant assisting the Chiropractors during their patient visits, and as an LMT offering 60-minute manual therapy or wellness massage sessions. Our massage therapists collaborate with team members to deliver well-rounded treatment plans to patients and you will be joining a team of driven and compassionate professionals. NO SHOW PAY
- fold laundry or help tidy the clinic for full LMT rate if patient no shows or late cancels Sick Leave for all massage therapists Free Continuing Education classes offered by the clinics One free chiropractic adjustment per month for chiropractic assistants
FREE PARKING
- validated in a parking garage for the Pearl & parking lot in Lake Oswego 90-day check-in meeting and annual review Massage rate includes: intake, 53 mins hands on, 15 minutes to turn over the room, chart, hydrate, use the restroom, etc. A safe, friendly, professional environment Hydraulic lift massage tables in every room Lotions and oils provided ½ off monthly massage for employees 30 hours per week makes you a full time employee and you can receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance coverage assistance for full time employees (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401K for employees who meet the qualifying criteria Requirements Current and Active Oregon Massage Therapist License Chiropractic Assistant License (if you do not have one currently, we will help you obtain one) Knowledge and experience with SOAP notes Strong assessment skills using your knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and treatment approach Familiarity with modalities such as Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Swedish massage Be a team player: We have a fun and energetic staff.
