We are a high-volume, full-service immigration law firm located in Allentown, Pennsylvania seeking an experienced paralegal to join our small, dynamic and dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a well—respected boutique law firm with a passion for local community engagement and development. About the Role The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in diversified trial work and have a passion for complex immigration matters and advocacy. This role is best suited for someone who is outgoing, detailed-oriented, organized, highly motivated, and eager to work in a collaborative and client-focused environment. The position has a high degree of direct client interaction.
  • Spanish Language Proficiency strongly preferred
  • Some experience in removal defense, asylum, and family-based immigration preferred
  • Familiarity with standard immigration forms and filings preferred
  • Willingness to travel to EOIR courts and detention centers
  • Strong ability to manage cases from start to finish
Pay:
$46,000.00
