Job Description

South Central PA regional law firm is seeking to add to our growing Bankruptcy department. We are currently looking for an experienced paralegal with a minimum of two to three years experience. 1 to 2 years experience in Bankruptcy is preferred. Experience in handling Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcy cases is preferred. The paralegal will be involved with the review, collection and organization of documents necessary to assist in case management and filings in the Federal bankruptcy courts. The position location has some flexibility between our Shippensburg and Lemoyne offices for the right candidate. The open position requires frequent communication with clients, new callers, creditors, taxing authorities, and law firms. Potential applicants should be prepared to interact with clients and others in a professional manner. Applicants should possess basic office and phone skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Word programs. Prior use of the Neos Case Management and Best Case systems is a plus.
