Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager Plaintiff Personal Injury Benjamin Levine Law, LLC | Cranberry Township, PA | Full-Time, In-Office
ABOUT US
We are a law firm representing injured people in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. We also handle criminal defense. Our team is small, tight-knit, and busy. We work hard for our clients, we hold each other to a high standard, and we generally enjoy coming to work. If you are looking for a place where you are more than a number, this is it.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager to run our plaintiff personal injury files from intake through resolution. You will be the person who keeps cases moving between attorney touchpoints, opening claims, chasing records, building the file, tracking deadlines, and keeping clients informed. This is a personal injury job. We also handle criminal defense, and you may occasionally help on that side, but experience there is helpful rather than necessary. There is also a general office and administrative component. It comes up mainly when covering for a team member who is out, so it should be expected from time to time but is not a regular part of the week. This is a job for someone who runs files rather than waits for assignments. We have built task lists and workflows for our matter types, and we expect you to work inside them and to tell us where they should be better. What you will not have is someone assigning you work every morning and checking behind you to see whether it got done. The right person opens a new matter, knows what has to happen next, and makes it happen without being asked twice. You will have attorney direction and sign-off where it matters. If you have been the person your firm quietly relies on to keep everything from falling through the cracks, this is the seat we are trying to fill. This seat carries real ownership of the pre-suit process. If you know how a personal injury file should be built, worked, and valued before it ever becomes a lawsuit, you will have room to put that to work and to shape how we do it. We train on how we use our systems, but you need to walk in already able to run plaintiff personal injury files. This is not an entry-level seat.
