Senior Criminal Defense Paralegal / Case Manager Benjamin Levine Law, LLC, Cranberry Township, PA Full-time, in office, Monday-Friday Benjamin Levine Law is a litigation firm in Cranberry Township handling criminal defense, personal injury, and civil rights cases. We're hiring an experienced paralegal to manage our criminal defense caseload from first contact through disposition. This is a criminal-only role in a busy private practice. You'll own your caseload and work closely with our founding partner to keep every case moving. Why work here Work directly with our founding partner, with no layers in between, so your work gets seen and matters Real ownership of a criminal caseload, with support when you need it A strong, close-knit team, with regular firm lunches and outings A growing practice in a new Cranberry Township office A predictable Monday-Friday schedule What you'll do Serve as the main point of contact for clients and their families, including clients in custody Manage the criminal calendar: preliminary hearings, formal arraignments, pretrial conferences, trial terms, and sentencings Monitor dockets through the UJS Portal and e-file through PACFile Request, organize, and review discovery, including police reports, bodycam and dashcam video, and lab results Draft routine motions, continuance requests, subpoenas, and client correspondence Prepare ARD and diversion applications and track program compliance Handle DUI-related PennDOT license matters Prepare expungement and limited access petitions Assist with hearing and trial prep, including exhibits, witness contact, and client preparation Keep every matter structured and on schedule using the firm's task lists, workflows, and case management software What we're looking for 3+ years handling criminal matters (5+ preferred); private criminal defense firm experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of PA criminal procedure from the magisterial district court through the Court of Common Pleas Extremely well organized, with strong attention to detail Able to manage many cases and deadlines at once without letting anything slip Works consistently within structured task lists and firm systems on every case Strong writing and judgment; able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Familiarity with Butler County courts is a plus Paralegal certificate or degree preferred Comfortable with Mac and case management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional court and office travel Pay and benefits $25-$34/hr, based on experience Health insurance with employer contribution 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Free parking Office hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday To apply Upload Resume and Cover Letter.
