Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, communicates effectively, and brings strong organizational judgment to litigation support work. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to case management, document preparation, and day-to-day coordination that helps attorneys and clients stay on track.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft, format, and revise a wide range of litigation materials, including correspondence, court filings, pleadings, motions, and related legal documents.
  • Support attorneys before and during trial by organizing materials, preparing case documents, and assisting with logistical needs as matters progress.
  • Arrange meetings, conference calls, and video sessions while helping maintain smooth communication among attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
  • Process administrative paperwork such as expense submissions, check requests, and other internal support documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize and maintain client records in both digital and paper formats to ensure files remain current, accessible, and properly managed.
  • Partner with office support staff on high-volume document projects, including reproduction, scanning, and distribution of case materials.
  • Handle intake and closure activities for legal matters, ensuring records are opened, updated, and finalized correctly.
  • Provide broader litigation support across the firm and take on additional administrative or case-related tasks as needed.
