Harrisburg, PA 17110 Mandatory Requirements to Apply Paralegal experience supporting personal injury or civil litigation matters. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, case management, and legal research. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and LexisNexis . Experience with pleadings, discovery, document review, proofreading, filing, and case documentation. Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and deadline-management skills. Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion. iManage and PCLaw experience preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout the personal injury litigation lifecycle , from intake through resolution. Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement documents, and other legal correspondence. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis , and related resources. Manage case files, discovery, deadlines, court dates, and litigation documents using legal technology and case-management systems. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts while reviewing and summarizing documents and key case information.
