Job Description

Fortitude HR Solutions has been engaged to conduct a search for a Paralegal. Our client, a faith-based Law Firm located in Lancaster County, PA, provides expert legal representation in estate planning, trusts, business law, real estate, etc. for both individuals and businesses. The Paralegal will be responsible for meeting and collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service Prepare, draft, and revise legal documents including briefs, wills, contracts, real estate closing statements, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; and provides written analysis to attorneys Assist with the administration of client estates and with real estate settlement transactions The ideal candidate will have the following: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required ; Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred Paralegal certificate a plus 3 or more years of paralegal experience required Understanding of estate and tax planning, business planning, and/or elder law required This position is in the office
M-F Pay:
$62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
