Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Multi-Purpose Paralegal to support our legal team across a broad spectrum of practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, drafting, and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple legal disciplines including, estate settlement, personal injury, medical malpractice, estate planning, family law, and litigation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic law office environment, providing essential support to attorneys and clients while gaining valuable experience across various legal fields. Responsibilities Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with attention to accuracy and clarity. Assist with case management tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records for multiple practice areas such as personal injury, decedent's estates, family law, civil litigation, etc. Support attorneys by attending client meetings. Prepare summaries and assist in drafting reports for internal use or client updates. Perform document proofreading and transcription to ensure high-quality legal documentation. Skills Proven paralegal experience with familiarity in diverse practice areas such as personal injury, family law, and litigation. Excellent drafting skills for legal documents, reports, and correspondence. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Strong proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring accuracy in all legal documentation. Experience supporting attorneys with administrative functions such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings. This Multi-Purpose Paralegal position is integral to our firm's success by providing comprehensive support across multiple legal specialties while fostering professional growth within a collaborative environment.
Pay:
$49,920.00 - $60,320.00 per year
