A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Legal Assistant Qualifications:
Previous administrative or professional office experience Legal office experience is helpful, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable preparing and reviewing documents Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Notary experience is a plus, but not requiredLegal Assistant Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and organize documents and correspondence Maintain accurate electronic and paper files Coordinate appointments and assist with scheduling Communicate with clients and internal team members Assist with document processing and administrative follow-up Enter and maintain information within internal systems Support special projects and general office needs Maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPosition Details:
