The role requires a passion for data and technology, an understanding of business processes and goals, and the ability to combine these specialties into actionable business intelligence solutions for a rapidly growing organization. This job will have access to confidential and sensitiveinformation, andtherefore requires ongoing discretion and strict compliancetoall information security policies. Responsibilities Develop data and analytical solutions to meet business needs Collaborate with the BI team and keep the projects on time and tracked accurately in TFS Acquirean in-depth understanding of the organization's source systems Acquirean in-depth understanding ofall ofthe business intelligence toolset Acquirean in-depth understanding of the Select business units, theirprocesses,and goals Coordinate testing to ensure all BI solutionsmeetthe highest quality standards Provide insights,recommendations,and strategies to continuously improve processes and workflow Complete special projects and other functions, asrequired Qualifications BS or BA degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in reporting and analytics 1+ years of experience with enterprise data (SQL and/or data warehouse environment) 1+ years of experience working in a collaboration platform such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar (Jira, Trello,etc) Requires superior teamwork skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills area must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner. Excellent analytical andproblem-solvingskills are essential. Mustpossessa personal sense of urgency. Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities. Superior customer service skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills arerequired. Excellent attention to detail. Large-scale multi-site IS operations experience. PC Hardware and peripheral experience.
