About the Company A rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to join their team. This boutique litigation practice represents clients in complex civil and catastrophic injury cases and is known for its compassionate advocacy and dedication to achieving exceptional results for clients. About the Role The firm is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Catastrophic Injury Paralegal to support one of its senior attorneys on a long-term contract-to-hire basis. This role will handle the full litigation cycle — from pretrial preparation and discovery through trial support, closing, and settlements. The position offers a stable, professional environment with the opportunity for long-term growth and conversion to a permanent role.Start Date:
ASAP Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions
- Manage discovery and trial preparation materials
- Organize and summarize medical records
- Coordinate scheduling, calendaring, and e-filing in Pennsylvania courts
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files in an organized manner
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Support all phases of litigation through to settlement or trial Qualifications
- 5 years of plantiff catastrophic litigation paralegal experience required
- Proficiency in Pennsylvania e-filing systems and case management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree preferred Schedule & Location
- 4 days on-site, 1 hybrid day per week
- Monday-Friday, standard business hours
