Company Description Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC is a civil defense litigation firm representing clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Its practice areas include commercial transportation, construction litigation and defects, and premises and product liability. The firm also handles insurance coverage and bad faith, regulatory matters and investigations. Our attorneys and staff work collaboratively to manage complex litigation efficiently and effectively. Role Description Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLC is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and staff in our Philadelphia office. Responsibilities Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings and depositions, and calendar case deadlines and action dates. Prepare, format, file, and serve pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents accurately and on time. Organize and maintain electronic case files, including filing incoming communications, legal documents, and other materials into the appropriate folders. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, courts, vendors, and other legal professionals in a courteous and professional manner. Facilitate payment of vendor invoices. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or prior law firm experience is helpful but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
