This full time position is ideal for a detail oriented professional with hands on employment based immigration experience, particularly with PERM, I 140, and adjustment of status filings. The role supports attorneys with high volume case management while maintaining compliance with immigration regulations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage employment based immigration filings including PERM labor certifications, I 140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications
  • Draft and compile supporting documentation for Forms
I 485, I 765, I
131, and related filings
  • Communicate with clients regarding case status, document collection, and filing requirements
  • Coordinate PERM recruitment efforts including job postings, advertisements, and audit ready documentation
  • Track deadlines, priority dates, and case progress using immigration case management systems
  • Maintain accurate and complete immigration records in compliance with firm and government standards
  • Assist attorneys with responses to requests for evidence and government notices
  • Monitor immigration regulations and procedural updates to support compliant filings
  • Prepare correspondence and filing packets for submission to government agencies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting
  • Required experience with PERM labor certifications, I 140 petitions, and adjustment of status applications
  • Strong understanding of employment based immigration processes and timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with immigration case management systems and Microsoft Office

Pay Details:
$23.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: R.
