Are you a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to launch your career in the legal field?

We are a growing law firm in the Pittsburgh area seeking a motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate practice group in Cranberry Township. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on legal experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to busy corporate and business law attorneysManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate callsHandle incoming calls and client communications professionallyAssist with preparing and organizing legal documents such as contracts, corporate filings, entity formations, and governance materialsHelp with document drafting, formatting, proofreading, and version controlSupport due diligence and transaction processesMaintain organized client files and corporate recordsPerform data entry and assist with various practice group projectsWhat We're Looking ForRecent college graduate or 0-2 years of professional experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with great attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesReliable, proactive, and eager to learnProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsInterest in the legal field and long-term career growthNo prior law firm experience is required - we will provide training and mentorship for the right candidate.
