Job Description

Workers' Compensation Paralegal Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Full-time Full-time Large downtown law firm seeks an experienced workers compensation paralegal for its Pittsburgh office. Job duties include :
  • Investigation, preparation, and management of cases from intake through settlement
  • Communication with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel
  • Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records
  • Scheduling of IMEs, mediations, depositions, and other related matters
  • Docketing and following up on deadlines
Qualifications :
  • 3-5 years minimum workers compensation experienced preferred
  • BS, BA, or paralegal certification preferred
  • Excellent computer and grammar skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, responsible individual
  • Team player
