About Us Legal Solutions, LLC is a growing law firm with offices in Wayne and Doylestown, Pennsylvania, practicing family law, estate law, and business law/litigation. We're looking for a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our Wayne office and support our attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative work. Position Overview This position begins as part-time , with the strong likelihood of growing into a full-time role with benefits as the firm continues to expand. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a growing practice. What You'll Do Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and friendly manner Support attorneys with case preparation and administrative tasks Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling as needed Assist with other office and firm-management tasks as they arise What We're Looking For Excellent written English skills — you write clearly, correctly, and professionally Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in everything we produce A positive, friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfort with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.) Reliability, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred Paralegal training, certification, or experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right candidate Why Join Legal Solutions, LLC Be part of a growing firm with real opportunity for advancement to full-time status with benefits Gain hands-on experience across family law, estate law, and business law/litigation Work in a supportive, collegial office environment Opportunity to grow your legal career, whether or not you have prior paralegal experience How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume.
