Job Description

Part-Time | 10-30 Hours/Week | Nanticoke, Pennsylvania We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to provide immediate assistance with an active legal matter. This position will work closely with an attorney and will involve a variety of administrative and case-support responsibilities. Position Responsibilities Assist the attorney with day-to-day case-related tasks Organize and maintain case files and documents Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing Research and compile information as directed Review, organize, and summarize documents and records Maintain accurate records and timelines Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Perform other duties related to supporting the legal case as needed Qualifications No prior legal or paralegal experience is required. We are looking for someone who is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and able to meet deadlines Comfortable working with confidential information Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and document management Able to communicate professionally and work independently Willing to learn legal and case-related procedures quickly Education or experience in legal studies, paralegal studies, business, administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Location Part-time:
approximately 10-30 hours per week Work will be in person at the HPM Office in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania No remote or work-from-home option Schedule may offer some flexibility depending on case needs and availability Travel time may be negotiable depending on circumstances and experience Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, education, and qualifications.
