The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of legal procedures. This role is crucial in supporting attorneys by managing case files, conducting research, and assisting with various legal tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in data entry, and case management, while also exhibiting excellent phone etiquette. Responsibilities Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as required. Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Handle client communications professionally over the phone and via email. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with legal standards. Support personal injury processes by preparing necessary documentation and filings when applicable. Requirements Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department. Ukrainian, Russian or Spanish speaking a plus. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with legal case management software and tools. Knowledge of personal injury. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
