Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our legal team across a variety of practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong document management and administrative skills, with experience in law office procedures. The role requires a proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills to support our attorneys effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
  • Oversee email and document management, including drafting, editing, and proofreading.
  • Handle heavy calendar scheduling and coordination.
  • Prepare and file legal documents (including e-filing).
  • Support attorneys with various administrative and case-related tasks and various other responsibilities.
Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and editing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Paralegal experience preferred, but candidates eager to grow in the legal field are encouraged to apply.
