Our firm represents HOAs in corporate governance and construction defect litigation, including matters involving high‑value, custom‑built residential properties. We're looking for someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and support a fast‑moving litigation team. What You'll Do
  • Provide litigation support, including drafting, formatting, and organizing pleadings, discovery, and trial documents
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and document production
  • Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and witness coordination
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Support attorneys with research, summaries, and workflow management What We're Looking For
  • A fast starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Litigation experience required
  • Construction defect experience is a plus, especially involving custom or high‑value properties
  • Trial experience is required, must have exhibit experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
  • Professional communication skills and reliability
Pay:
$46.00 per hour
