Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and filings with regulatory authorities. Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with governance standards. Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders on various legal matters. Conduct legal research to support the legal team's activities. Support due diligence processes and manage transactional documentation. Manage and track deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements. Assist with special legal projects as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Paralegal should have: Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with regulatory filings and compliance procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000.
