Experience Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Case Management:
Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, organizing case files, and strictly maintaining litigation deadlines. Drafting & Preparation:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other essential legal documents. Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and supporting documentation. Legal Research:
Conduct advanced legal research using Westlaw. Court Filings:
Manage electronic court filings in both state and federal courts, including PACER and other e-filing systems. Billing & Administration:
Manage cases and track billing utilizing Clio and other legal billing software. Intellectual Property:
Assist with trademark filings and prosecution. Communication:
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (preferred). Practice Areas:
Strong background in personal injury and landlord-tenant matters. Knowledge of trademark law and filings is a major plus. Technical Skills:
Highly proficient with Westlaw, PACER, and electronic court filing systems. Experience with Clio and legal billing software is required. Core Skills:
Excellent legal writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities. Application Requirement:
