Experience Litigation Paralegal

Job Description

​We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, and general civil litigation, along with exceptional legal research and writing skills. ​If you are looking for a flexible position with a dynamic team and possess a strong background in managing cases from inception through trial, we want to hear from you! ​Key Responsibilities ​
Case Management:
Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, organizing case files, and strictly maintaining litigation deadlines. ​
Drafting & Preparation:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other essential legal documents. Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and supporting documentation. ​
Legal Research:
Conduct advanced legal research using Westlaw. ​
Court Filings:
Manage electronic court filings in both state and federal courts, including PACER and other e-filing systems. ​
Billing & Administration:
Manage cases and track billing utilizing Clio and other legal billing software. ​
Intellectual Property:
Assist with trademark filings and prosecution. ​
Communication:
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. ​ Qualifications ​
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (preferred). ​
Practice Areas:
Strong background in personal injury and landlord-tenant matters. Knowledge of trademark law and filings is a major plus. ​
Technical Skills:
Highly proficient with Westlaw, PACER, and electronic court filing systems. Experience with Clio and legal billing software is required. ​
Core Skills:
Excellent legal writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities. ​

Competitive Pay:
$25.00 - $75.00/hour, commensurate with experience. ​
