Job Summary Our client is seeking a paralegal or legal operations professional with significant recent CounselLink and e-billing administration experience to support its global CounselLink rollout and legal spend management efforts. The role would involve legal operations/e-billing administration, matter/vendor support, invoice workflow support, data/reporting hygiene, and practical user support for internal legal teams and outside counsel. Requirements Significant recent hands-on CounselLink administration experience, ideally in a corporate legal department or sophisticated legal operations environment. Strong e-billing/legal spend management experience, including invoice workflows, outside counsel billing guidelines, matter management, reporting, and vendor support. Legal operations or paralegal background with ability to support system users, troubleshoot process issues, and improve adoption during rollout of CounselLink. Houston-based candidate strongly preferred. Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal or corporate legal experience in a U.S. law firm or in‑house legal department Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited U.S. institution (ABA‑approved program preferred) Additional Insights Strong Tech skills, able to use different kinds of software/learn quickly Excellent organization and prioritization skills and strong attention to detail.
Pay rate:
