This is a case ownership role. We're looking for an experienced paralegal who can take the lead on our personal injury docket, managing cases independently from pre-litigation all the way through trial, with direct attorney collaboration at every stage. Responsibilities:

Full case management of personal injury matters — from initial intake and investigation through pre-litigation, discovery, and trial Draft and coordinate pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motions, and all case correspondence Maintain and manage direct relationships with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses Monitor deadlines, docket critical dates, and keep a high-volume caseload running like clockwork Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw in support of case strategy and motion practice What we're looking for: 3-5 years of paralegal experience in NJ plaintiff personal injury — pre-litigation and litigation experience required Proven ability to independently own and manage a caseload from intake through resolution Exceptional organizational skills — you're the kind of person who has a system for everything, nothing falls through the cracks, and you can juggle multiple active matters without missing a beat Proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw for case law research, document retrieval, and litigation supportStrong computer and technology skills — comfortable with legal software, case management platforms, and Microsoft Office Strong command of NJ civil procedure and court filing requirements Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or ABA-approved paralegal certification A self-starter who communicates proactively and takes ownership without waiting to be tol To apply, send your resume and a brief cover letter to .
