  • $75,000 Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy Bankruptcy Practice Group with a well-established law firm in Wilmington, Delaware.
This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple attorneys while managing case-related deadlines and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Prepare, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence. Review documents for accuracy and assist with e-filing and service. Draft routine court filings and legal documents for attorney review. Maintain and organize case files and discovery materials. Manage attorney calendars, including court dates, hearings, and filing deadlines. Coordinate meetings, events, and related communications. Assist with time entry and other administrative support functions. Ensure deadlines are met and matters are handled with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications 3+ years of legal administrative, legal assistant, or related experience. Bankruptcy experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software platforms. Experience with court filings, document management systems, and billing/time-entry software preferred. Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience.
