Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with accuracy. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility. Assist in preparing materials for court filings and client presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. Track and process billing and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless office operations and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Administrative Assistant should have: 5+ years of experience in a legal setting, ideally Big Law Strong experience supporting Partners in a Corporate practice area. Ability to be in office on a hybrid basis (4 days in office). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
