Full Job Description Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, proofread, format, revise, and manage legal correspondence and documents using our document management system. Handle document reproduction tasks, including printing, scanning, copying, and maintaining client files. Support client billing processes, including time entry, proofreading, and sending invoices. Communicate with clients and team members via email and regular mail to resolve questions and coordinate information. Provide administrative support to multiple attorneys, including scheduling and expense reporting. Conduct conflict checks and open new client/matter files in the time and billing system. Provide backup coverage for the receptionist and other support staff as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements Education:
Associate degree, High School Diploma, GED Equivalent, or industry-specific certifications.

Hybrid Work Model:
