Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative needs. Process court filings and ensure documents are submitted accurately and on time. Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence. Track important case dates, deadlines, appointments, and attorney schedules. Provide support for hearings, trials, depositions, and other case-related activities. Maintain organized electronic and physical case records. Legal Assistant Qualifications:
At least 3 years of legal assistant or legal secretary experience, preferably in litigation. Experience with state and federal court filings and e-filing.
