We are committed to delivering evidence-based, high-quality assessments and therapy while fostering a collaborative and supportive professional environment. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our Bremerton location as we continue expanding services throughout Kitsap County and Western Washington. Position Summary This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced psychologist who enjoys providing high-quality clinical care while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. The ideal candidate is interested in developing a long-term professional relationship within a growing specialty practice and enjoys working collaboratively with other psychologists and psychometrists. The position is available on a part-time basis with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload based on mutual interest and referral volume. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults.
  • Complete diagnostic interviews and clinical assessments.
  • Interpret psychological and neuropsychological test data.
  • Prepare comprehensive, integrated psychological evaluation reports.
  • Provide diagnostic feedback and treatment recommendations to patients and referral sources.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation.
  • Collaborate with psychometrists and other members of the clinical team.
  • Participate in case consultation as needed.
  • Provide psychotherapy services if desired (optional). Preferred Areas of Experience Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
  • ADHD evaluations
  • Autism spectrum evaluations
  • Learning disability and psychoeducational assessments
  • Neuropsychological assessment
  • Pre-surgical or medical evaluations
  • Fitness-for-duty and occupational evaluations
  • Veterans and first responders
  • Forensic or independent medical evaluations (preferred but not required) Minimum Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited or equivalent program.
  • Active Washington State Psychologist License (required).
  • Experience administering, scoring, interpreting, and integrating psychological assessment measures.
  • Excellent clinical interviewing, diagnostic formulation, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications
  • ABPP or postdoctoral specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology (preferred but not required).
  • Experience supervising psychometrists or trainees.
