Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a premier, regional law firm to place an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team in Charleston, West Virginia . In this key role, you will provide critical support to a dynamic litigation team handling new and active legal matters. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in legal administration, with a proven track record of success within the litigation space.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant; litigation experience is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills; MS Office Suite and Outlook, etc.
  • Customer service mindset and pleasant attitude on phone.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A client-focused attitude, flexibility, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Ability to strictly maintain client and firm confidentiality.
  • Able to pass an employment background screening.
