Role Focus:
Administrative support, client intake, and foundational case assistance.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, coordination of calendars, organization of files and intake. Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling client meetings, court dates, and deadlines. Draft basic correspondence and format legal documents (pleadings, letters) for review. Process incoming documentation, service of process and court filings. 2.
Paralegal Pay Range:
$50,000 to $140,000 per year ($30-$55/hr)

substantive legal work, case management, and drafting under a combination of Civil, Family and Probate laws.
Responsibilities:
Draft substantive legal documents, including Petitions, Responses, Common Motions, Declarations, and other basic pleadings. Propound and respond to Discovery either collaboratively or under supervision. Prepare financial disclosures. Manage general case workflows as they change through the life of the matter. Role Focus:
operations, client relations and administration.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations, including facilities management and vendor relationships. Manage firm billing cycles, accounts receivable, and client retainer replenishment.
Handle HR duties:
onboarding new staff, managing benefits administration, and tracking PTO. Implement and refine office protocols to enhance effectiveness and compliance. Act as a liaison between the Principal Attorney and staff to ensure firm-wide goals are met. Skills & Qualifications Required for
All Roles:
Minimum 1 Year of law firm experience (Strict Requirement). Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (redacting, bates stamping, combining files).
Computer literacy:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working knowledge of Case Management Software (Clio and Westlaw). Ability to prioritize deadlines and "juggle" multiple calendars effectively.
Preferred/Role-Specific Skills:
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with local court rules and judicial preferences in Santa Barbara and Ventura Superior Courts.
Family Law:
Experience with Judicial Council forms and financial disclosures.
Estate Planning:
