Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal - $50,000-$65,000 Fenton, MO (I-44 & I-270) | Full-Time | In-Office Plaintiff personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to coordinate active litigation files from suit preparation through trial and resolution. This is a high-responsibility, client-facing role working directly with the attorney in a collaborative, small-firm environment. You will have significant responsibility for keeping clients informed, preparing discovery, managing the litigation calendar, and making sure cases continue moving forward. Compensation $50,000-$65,000 annual pay, depending on experience Flexible daily schedule with early or later start options Professional, modern office environment Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them informed about the status of their cases Contact clients to obtain and verify information needed throughout litigation Meet with clients to review written discovery and prepare detailed draft responses for attorney review Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, notices, and other litigation documents Maintain the attorney's litigation calendar and track deadlines Coordinate and timely schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation events Assist the attorney with preparation for hearings, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial Maintain organized, accurate, and deadline-driven litigation files Monitor cases for outstanding tasks and proactively follow up to keep cases progressing Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on litigation paralegal experience Experience preparing written discovery responses and litigation documents Strong understanding of litigation procedure, scheduling, and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating directly and regularly with clients Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active cases Comfortable working independently while being part of a small, collaborative team Plaintiff personal injury experience is preferred, but strong litigation experience in other practice areas, including insurance defense, will be considered. Paralegal certificate preferred, but meaningful litigation experience is more important. Work Structure This is a full-time, in-office position in Fenton.
